A traditional and a modern city

Introducing SouthGate

SouthGate will remain sensitive to Bath’s World Heritage status and will blend in with the city’s elegant architecture.

SouthGate will build on the city’s already strong retail offer to create a new quarter specifically designed to meet the demands of the modern retailer and attract a host of exciting new brands.

SouthGate’s retail and leisure areas will be linked by classic Georgian-style open streets with public spaces anchored by a 125,000 sq ft Debenhams department store.
